I prefer to work on a project basis with a fixed fee. Most of the time my projects can be simply broken down into three phases.

I am usually able to prepare terms of reference that describe your objectives, the deliverables, my programme of work and my fee. Sometimes I am able to work on a value basis that combines a fee with a success bonus.

For your protection I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I am a Certified Management Consultant and abide by the IBC's professional code of conduct. I am also a member of the Professional Speakers Association.
